Excel workflows focus on clear number formats, dates, units and labels. PowerPoint combines text editing, number checks and restyling from a reference deck. The PowerPoint report covers 6 common issues, including fonts, punctuation, page numbers, unfinished text, overflow and mismatched numbers. Compare changes, keep the original and share a revised copy. ## Key facts - Slide restyling: OfficeLint gives existing slides a new look using a reference presentation. Update the visual style or rework layouts, then compare versions side by side and check the text and numbers. - Who it is for: People preparing reports, proposals, spreadsheets and presentations, especially teams updating shared documents or reusing existing work. - PowerPoint checks (6): Inconsistent fonts; Mixed punctuation; Missing or broken page numbers; Leftover placeholders; Text overflow; Mismatched numbers across slides - Fixes: fonts, punctuation and page numbers are fixed in one click; unfinished template text needs your input, and text overflow gets suggestions. Every change can be undone; the original file is never overwritten and the revised deck is a new file. - Editing: double-click to edit in place; Ctrl / ⌘ + H to find and replace. Both free. - Redaction before sharing: 4 default types — Phone numbers (China, Japan and US formats); Email addresses; ID numbers (Chinese resident ID, Japanese My Number, US Social Security number); Bank card numbers. Preview each replacement, checked for leftovers after running. Rule-based redaction is free. - Files: OfficeLint brings checking and editing to Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx / .xls) and PowerPoint (.pptx). Files are deleted automatically after 15 days, can be deleted at any time, and are never used to train models. A shared check result contains only the health score and an issue summary. - Billing: checks and automatic fixes use credits. Check: 1 credit per slide, charged before the check and refunded if the file can't be read. Fix: 0.5 credit per slide, charged at first export, once per slide in 15 days. While the previous version is within its 15-day retention period, a new version is charged only for new or changed slides. - Free credits: There is no free plan. New users get 10 free credits on sign-up, valid for 30 days. Rule-based redaction is free. - Prices (USD): Starter $4.99 for 100 credits (90 days); Standard $19.99 for 500 (12 months); Large $59.99 for 2000 (12 months); Personal plan $12.99/month or $109/year with 1000 credits a month on the monthly plan and 1000 on the annual plan; Add-on $6.99 for 500 credits (3 months, subscribers only). - Languages: documents in English, Japanese and Chinese, mixed paragraph by paragraph; interface in English, 日本語 and 简体中文. - OfficeLint does not: generate decks from scratch; replace the full PowerPoint slide editor; judge your argument or rewrite your conclusions. - Limits: Client names, amounts and addresses are not covered by the default redaction rules. Numbers inside charts pasted as images cannot be checked; those slides are marked "cannot verify". ## Pages - [Home](https://officelint.com/index.md): Word, Excel and PowerPoint workflows, the 6 PowerPoint rules, cross-slide number check, editing, restyling, workflow, redaction, FAQ - [Pricing](https://officelint.com/pricing.md): credit packs, personal plan, what uses credits, a worked example, pricing FAQ - [Security](https://officelint.com/security.md): what happens to a file from upload to deletion, what we don’t do, quick reference for IT and compliance - [PowerPoint pre-delivery checklist](https://officelint.com/guides/ppt-delivery-checklist.md): 12 things to check before sending a deck, and how to check each in PowerPoint ## Optional - [All pages in one file](https://officelint.com/llms-full.txt) - [中文](https://officelint.com/zh/llms.txt) - [日本語](https://officelint.com/ja/llms.txt)
